Bob Gale co-founded McKenna Gale Capital in 1995 and is a Managing Director of the group.

Bob has over 26 years of combined experience in corporate finance and managing mezzanine and equity funds. From 1989 to 1994, Bob was Senior Vice President of a $155 million investment fund formed to invest primarily in privately placed mezzanine securities and bridge securities of established Canadian companies. Prior to 1989, Bob held various corporate finance positions of increasing responsibility with a Schedule I chartered bank culminating in an executive position responsible for managing the bank's North American loan restructuring and work-out group, and membership on the North American Corporate Banking Management Committee.

During his professional career, he has resided in Montreal, Vancouver, Kitchener, Hamilton and Toronto. Bob serves on several boards of advisors/directors of Canadian mid-market companies.

Bob received his Honours Bachelor of Arts (Economics) degree from the University of Toronto and his Master of Business Administration degree from Queen's University.
