Kevin J. McKenna

Kevin McKenna co-founded McKenna Gale Capital in 1995 and is a Managing Director of the company.

Kevin has over 29 years of combined experience in corporate finance and managing mezzanine and equity funds. He has over 19 years of experience in managing and advising mezzanine funds through two private merchant banks and 10 years of experience in corporate finance with a Schedule I Canadian chartered bank. He is a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of PricewaterhouseCoopers (formerly Price Waterhouse) and Ernst & Young (formerly Clarkson Gordon).

During his professional career, he has resided in London, Vancouver and Toronto. Kevin has participated in and written papers for a number of conferences and seminars on mezzanine financing, private equity and merchant banking. He is a member of either the board of advisors or board of directors of a number of private mid-market Canadian companies.
