Subordinated Debt and Equity Co-Investment

McKenna Gale provided a subordinated loan and an equity co-investment to support Tricor Pacific Capital, Inc. in its acquisition of CPI Card Group. In addition, McKenna Gale also provided follow-on subordinated loans to assist CPI in its acquisitions of Wm. A. Didier & Sons, Inc. and PCC Services Ltd.

Headquartered in Littleton, Colorado and with manufacturing facilities in the United States, Canada and in the United Kingdom, CPI Card Group is a leading manufacturer of financial payment cards and other laminated card products and services.  Products produced by CPI include payment cards under the VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club, and Discover Card brands as well as retail gift cards, membership cards and access cards. CPI's varied manufacturing facilities provide it with significant flexibility in meeting customer needs.
