Based in Miramichi, New Brunswick, Atcon is a diversified holding company with operations in the construction, wood, steel and environmental industries. Atcon Construction has over 20 years of experience in heavy construction with significant expertise in highway, road and bridge building. Atcon's wood operations include state of the art plywood plants in New Brunswick and Otterbacken, Sweden. Atcon was founded in 1978 and employs over 1,000 people working across Canada, in the United States and Europe.

Atcon selected McKenna Gale as a financing partner based on our ability to respond quickly and creatively structure a financing package based on its specific needs. Additionally, Atcon valued our ability to provide additional capital to finance future growth.

Six months following closing of McKenna Gale's original investment in Atcon the Company won a significant amount of new business and required additional working capital. McKenna Gale provided financing to Atcon in a very short time frame enabling the Company to take on new business.
